Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric MRA5224J parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fujitsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Furnas product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the 140F32AAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FC9602SHF1 manufactured by Fujitsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Fujitsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14GF32AAAX142 by Manufacturer Furnas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Furnas Brand 14CA32AC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ite such as G105F276 equipment made by Ite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 14IS32A made by Furnas as well as the popular HST10N original spares produced by G-K-Heller-Corp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RIO47202 by Gai-Tronics and G105F276 spares by Ite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 22FP109338U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas.
